Join Jess Sunday night to learn the language of Yin. Yin Yoga is a deeply meditative and restorative practice rooted in Chinese medicine in which deep stretches and lengthy holds allow the body to release muscle involvement and stretch ligaments, tendons and facia. This practice will leave you relaxed and rested. For all skill levels. Use of props are encouraged but optional.
