The South Main Gunnison / Sanctuary Somatics community is a group of diverse folks. Some are long time locals, some are seasonal residents, others are new friends….just passing through. What we have in common is that we are all people who understand the idea that: We Art Life…..Embodied. We believe in being Real, Simple, Grounded, Creative, Strong, Flexible, and Loving. We believe in the intelligence of the body and in our abilities to change our lives for the betterment of not only ourselves but for the community and environment in which we dwell. We understands that when we strengthen or bodies and train it to become more flexible….our minds and hearts follow, and where are minds and hearts go….there goes the spirit dwelling there in…and where the spirit goes…there art the breath which is the wind of our word that leads our actions in the world towards ways that are in service to the whole of a Life worth Living.
