Nervous System Reset

This class focuses on creating a soothing and balanced practice that allows the nervous system to down regulate from the fight-or-flight state into the tend-and-befriend state via an easy, stress-relieving asana practice, some breathwork and restorative yoga elements. The aim of this class is to give the practitioner renewed energy and a clear, peaceful state of being. This class is gentle and beginner friendly, good for those who are recovering from injury or illness, or for those who struggle with chronic exhaustion and overwhelm.
