In Sanskrit, the word “Vinyasa” translates as “to place.” A Vinyasa Flow style class is a practice where we sync the movements of the body with the breath to create a state of peace, connection and mindfulness. Vinyasa can be fast or slow, strenuous or relaxing.

Morning flow is a class for those who wants to start the day with a gift for body and mind. This class is welcoming those who want to get personal attention and alignments. All ages are welcome. Natali is focusing on every student and adjusting postures according to the students abilities, using props and modifications.
This practice is alignment focused and breath centered with an emphasis on being accessible to all ability levels, beginner and advanced practitioners alike. We use our bodies and breath as a tool to calm the nervous system through stretching and relaxing with the goal being to gain a better connection with your Self and access peace.
