This is a time for you to cultivate your meditation practice in a group setting.
The format will be ~1 hour long, unguided, silent meditation for you to practice what you know. The intention is to build a community of meditators that practice together regularly, helping each other along the way.
There is no charge for attending, although donations are accepted and 100% go to the Sanctuary for utilizing the space.
