Yoga for Active Seniors

An event every week that begins at 10:15 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until April 30, 2020
Not necessarily for seniors! In this class, we use chairs for added stability and range of motion. With the use of folding chairs, straps and blocks we approach the idea of moving our bodies in an extra-ordinary way! With a more sedentary lifestyles comes certain physical constraints, limitations and challenges. In this class we explore what it means to keep our bodies, minds and spirits at the top of their game as we age with grace.
Leia is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance. Leia has 20+ years of yoga teaching experience and has been voted Best Yoga Teacher 2013- 2019.
