Yoga: Find Your Flow Vinyasa: Chloe Dunagan

A creative and dynamic form of yoga, this vinyasa flow offers an embodied inquiry into stability within fluidity, because life is inherently in motion. Like origami, or the Japanese art of folding, the body moves progressively, breath by breath, toward a peak posture or state, much like a conscious walk up an unexplored mountain path. Together we will explore traditional yoga asana and contemporary expressions of movement in a seasonally-inspired practice to build our flow experience. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind, but most essentially, a greater capacity to meet each moment with grace and intelligence. As we ride the waves of breath in our yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. We are invited to the mat to explore what it means to do something “hard” vs. something “soft” – something “new” vs. something “familiar” – something “easy” vs. something “challenging” and explore all aspects of experience with a loving and open mind. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or stepping into the studio for the first time, there will be a satisfying and appropriate path for you in this class.
