Yoga: Alignment Based Slow Flow: Meegan Haley

Renew your energy and jump-start your day with me this summer. This Alignment based slow flow will combine Hatha yoga, Vinyasa style and principles of Iyengar to safely open the body. Deepen your practice by learning to observe the mind and body while practicing various asanas. Props will be used to aid in proper alignment. Core work and modifications will be included.
I have been practicing yoga for 23 years and teaching classes for 14. My initial training was in the traditional Bikram Hot yoga before my second training took me to India to learn the Hatha yoga style. My third training was with Noah Maze in alignment based flow in 2017. I incorporate all three disciplines into my sequences so that students can safely open the body.
