Qigong Through the Seasons: Heidi Magnus

Is the thought of winter getting you down? Are you having trouble warming up? Get your energy flowing again with Qigong. In this class, we’ll take cues from the natural world and seasonal changes to inform our practice in a way that improves our well-being and allows us to enjoy each season to the fullest. Qigong is like Tai Chi, but it is easier to learn and do. Qigong has been widely studied and has been shown to improve balance and health markers like bone density and blood pressure.
