Your breath is a powerful tool for healing. In this class, you’ll be guided through conscious, connected breathing — a circular breath pattern that helps release stress, regulate the nervous system, and access deep emotional clarity.
We’ll begin with a clear overview of the practice so you know what to expect and feel empowered throughout. The active breathwork portion lasts about 30 minutes (6–8 songs), followed by space for reflection and integration.

Contact Improvisation is a partner dance rooted in shared connection, momentum, and trust. Unlike traditional dance styles, there’s no choreography — just a nonverbal conversation through movement.
In this workshop, Luke will guide you through the foundations of Contact Improv:

- Exercises in weight sharing, balance, and embodied presence

3-Day Sound Alchemy Training
