Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness. In Kundalini, we focus and elevate our awareness and energy through yoga postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), chanting (mantras), hand positions (mudras), and meditation. This brings about not only greater awareness, but also balance of body and mind.
