Kundalini Yoga for Weightloss, Health & Happiness: Sue Wyman

Join us for eight weeks of setting our intentions, moving our bodies, and supporting each
other on our journey toward well-being, health, and happiness. Each class includes
breathwork, mantra, meditation, movement, and gong relaxation. First class (2/20) is FREE.
Wear comfortable loose clothing, sweatpants or yoga pants, and be open to transformation,
relaxation, and release.
