experience, for a revitalizing weekly session of Chair Yoga. This class is specially
designed to cater to individuals of all ages and abilities, including those with limited
mobility or physical challenges.

Class Focus:
In Chair Yoga with Leia, emphasis is placed on fostering mind-body connection,
enhancing flexibility, increasing strength and mobility, and promoting relaxation.
Through a series of gentle seated and standing poses, breathwork, and mindfulness
techniques, participants will experience a holistic approach to wellness that nurtures
both the body and the spirit.

● Location: Sanctuary Somatics 513 South Main Street in Gunnison
● Equipment: Participants will need comfortable clothing suitable for gentle
movement. A sturdy chair will be provided.
